5 Moon 12 In the afternoon, Wu Qinglan, Vice Chair of the Municipal Political Consultative Conference and Deputy Secretary of the Party Group, led a delegation to conduct an in-depth investigation at Mudanjiang Xinbeifang Petroleum Drilling Tools Co., Ltd., focusing on the company’s production and operations, safety in production, and epidemic prevention and control efforts. Officials from the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Bureau of Science and Technology, the Development and Reform Commission, the Market Supervision Administration, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, and the Development Zone accompanied the delegation on the visit.
Gao Linjiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch and Deputy General Manager of the company, along with Deputy General Managers Guo Lingzhong and Han Yunjie, and Wang Mishan, Deputy Director of the General Office, accompanied the research team. Gao Linjiang briefed the research team on the company’s business operations, product R&D, technological innovation, and corporate transformation.
Vice Chair Wu Qinglan briefed the company’s employees on the spirit of the 13th Provincial Party Congress, conducted a field investigation to gain a better understanding of the enterprises’ resumption of work and production as well as their operational status. Regarding the issues and suggestions raised by the enterprises, she followed up with the relevant government departments to ascertain the implementation status. She urged these departments to do their utmost to help enterprises overcome practical difficulties through concrete and effective measures, thereby genuinely putting the spirit of the Provincial Party Congress into practice and achieving tangible results.
The research team visited the CNC workshop, the machining workshop, and the assembly workshop in succession, and expressed great interest in our company’s newly developed equipment. Wu Qinglan pointed out that we must earnestly study and grasp the essence and rich implications of the spirit of the 13th Provincial Party Congress of Heilongjiang Province, deepen our understanding, and enhance our awareness. We should vigorously foster a strong learning atmosphere. It is crucial to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control, especially by strengthening management of incoming personnel and disinfecting vehicles, goods, and express deliveries from outside sources. We must steadfastly regard innovation as the cornerstone for revitalizing and developing Heilongjiang, using innovation to drive high-quality development and contributing our scientific and technological strength to usher in a comprehensive and all-round revitalization of Heilongjiang.
