Mudanjiang Xinbeifang Petroleum Drilling Tools Co., Ltd. was established in May 2003. Its main plant is located at No. 24 Xingye Road, Yangming District, Mudanjiang City, within the China-Russia Economic and Technological Development Zone. After twenty years of development, the company now has a registered capital of 100 million yuan, covers an area of 25,000 square meters, and has a building area of 15,000 square meters. It currently employs 220 people and is equipped with more than 380 sets of production and testing equipment.
Mudanjiang Xinbeifang Petroleum Drilling Tools Co., Ltd. is a national-level high-tech enterprise, the Engineering Technology Research Center for Internal Blowout Prevention Tools in Oil and Gas Drilling in Heilongjiang Province, a key enterprise in Mudanjiang City, and a member of the supply networks of China National Petroleum Corporation, Sinopec Group, and CNOOC Services. For three consecutive terms, the company has been recognized as the sole domestic Class-A qualified manufacturer of internal blowout prevention tools for well control equipment under China National Petroleum Corporation.

Mudanjiang Xinbeifang Petroleum Drilling Tools Co., Ltd. is a national-level high-tech enterprise, a resident enterprise in the national-level Mudanjiang Circular Economy Pilot Park, a key enterprise in the national-level Mudanjiang Yangming Private Science and Technology Demonstration Zone, and one of the pillar enterprises in the national-level Yangming Science and Technology Demonstration Zone. It is also a member of the supply networks of China National Petroleum Corporation and Sinopec Group. The company has obtained ISO9001:2008 international quality management system certification, the American Petroleum Institute (API) certification (certificate No.: API710506), and HSE certifications from both CNPC and Sinopec. In 2011, the company was recognized by China National Petroleum Corporation as a Class-A qualified manufacturer of internal blowout preventers. Our testing center has been accredited by CNAS (No. CNAS L6376) and now serves as the Heilongjiang Province Petroleum Drilling Tools Product Testing Center. Our R&D center has been designated by the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology as the Heilongjiang Province Petroleum Drilling and Production Internal Blowout Preventer Engineering Technology Research Center, with the identification number GZ2013-59.
