1. Establishment and certification status of the quality management system

Mudanjiang Xinbeifang Petroleum Drilling Tools Co., Ltd. first obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification as early as 2006 and subsequently completed the transition and renewal of its quality system to the ISO9001-2008 version. The most recent certification was granted in April 2010 by Beijing Zhenye Xing Management System Certification Co., Ltd., covering the design, production, and service of petroleum drilling and extraction tools (excluding those requiring special approval from the state).

2. API Product Certification Status

Mudanjiang Xin Beifang Petroleum Drilling Tools Co., Ltd. first obtained the right to use the API SPEC 7-1 logo in 2006, with license number 7-0506.

3. Status of Continuous Improvement

(1) Hiring 3 senior engineers;

(2) Purchase or replenish 4 sets of thread gauges;

(3) Three newly purchased CNC machines;

(4) Construct a new factory building and a centralized finished-product packaging workshop;

(5) Hiring 8 skilled workers;

(6) Acquire new 2D and 3D design software to enhance design quality.

After-sales Service Center Functions

1. Responsible for addressing customer inquiries about quality issues and evaluating and handling customer claims.

2. Responsible for organizing on-site services;

3. Responsible for coordinating and supervising the scheduling of rework or repair products.

After-sales Service Center Commitment

1. Immediately respond to and promptly address any customer concerns about product quality, and evaluate and handle any claims submitted by customers.

2. If a customer requests on-site service, we will immediately ensure their satisfaction.

3. Products that have exceeded their shelf life can be returned to the factory for repair.

Technical Service and Training Commitment

1. For on-site explanations and training on the structure and operating principles of our company’s products as requested by customers, our company can provide on-site training.

2. If a customer requests on-site technical services and on-site training on the product structure and usage precautions for our company’s products, our company will immediately dispatch qualified technical personnel to provide on-site service, ensuring customer satisfaction.

3. For products that customers request to be surveyed and processed on-site, our company can dispatch professional technicians to provide on-site support.

4. For product quality issues raised by customers, our company responds promptly and resolves them on-site.
