2021 Year 11 Moon 12 On [date], the Municipal Market Supervision Administration held a ceremony to distribute subsidy funds for enterprises promoting high-quality development through intellectual property rights, as well as a symposium for leading enterprises. Deputy Director Liu Hongyu presented our company with the subsidy funds and delivered a speech.
The intellectual property award and subsidy funds are allocated in accordance with the requirements of the "Implementation Rules for the Heilongjiang Province Intellectual Property Promotion Policy on High-Quality Development Enterprise Awards and Subsidies." The Provincial Intellectual Property Bureau, in collaboration with the Provincial Department of Finance, determines the enterprises eligible for these awards and subsidies—and their respective subsidy amounts—through a well-established process involving application, review, and public announcement. These funds are primarily used for the creation, protection, and application of intellectual property rights, playing a crucial role in further stimulating enterprises’ enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship.
